We are a group of like-minded independent support workers who are dedicated to our clients. We are committed to being dependable and delivering ongoing reliable support.  We are here to help you kick goals and live the life you want to live.

We came together to provide solutions to the issues that can arise from being or having an independent support worker. We work together as a team, looking out for each other, and providing cover when your chosen independent support worker is sick or unavailable. This means our clients will never go without support when they need it most.

Working together also allows us to run group social events such as BBQ’s and Bowling, allowing participants to socialise and have fun with other fantastic people.

We each bring our own skills and talents to our work. You might like to create music with the Rockstar, Andrew; or tinker with cars with the resident mechanic, Matthew; or learn to play Poker with former Casino Dealer, Gerard; or beating your high score with talented gamer, James. You have the freedom of having your very own independent support worker who will treat you as an individual and not a number, while still having the option for another support worker to assist you if your personal Support Worker is unavailable.
